In the coating industry, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose has good solubility in water or organic solvents as a thickener, dispersant and stabilizer. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: Almost insoluble in anhydrous ethanol, ether, and acetone; soluble in transparent or turbid colloidal solutions in cold water, widely used in construction mortar, gypsum based materials, and daily chemicals.

 

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: white or white fiber-like powder or granules, belonging to various non-ionic types in cellulose mixtures. This product is a semi-synthetic, inactive viscoelastic polymer.

 

Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a white or yellow, odorless, non-toxic fiber or solid powder. The main raw material is alkaline cellulose and ethylene oxide etherification, which is a non-ionic soluble cellulose ether.
