Equipmentdebugging/running

Equipment debugging

Operation Area

Driving mode

Insert the key, confirm the status of each button, make sure that the master brush and side brush, in the elevated position; if the forward and backward buttons are in the forward position, press the accelerator pedal, the sweeper can move forward. If you need to back up, you need to press the brake pedal, then push the button back into reverse, release the brake pedal, press the accelerator pedal, the machine can back up.

 

Sweep mode

Press the side brush button and the main brush button, the main brush and the side brush automatically drop and sweep; press the accelerator pedal, the sweeper can sweep, the ground; if you need to sweep large garbage, press the large garbage, pedal, low Speed Drive to need to clean the area, the main brush can be swept, large garbage into the dust box; Check the rubbish in the bin and clean it up in time. Sprinkler mode

Installation and maintenance of master brush and side brush

1. Check whether the master brush is in the correct position away from the ground, the process is as follows:-use the machine on the horizontal ground. - keep the machine brush stopped and rotated for a few seconds. - check the main brush marks for 2-4cm wide - if the main brush marks are not so, the main brush and ground pressure must be adjusted by adjusting the screw height at 1 position

Main brush replacement

 

1.Unscrew the left star nut 2(Figure 3) and open the guard plate

Attention

Hard brush or soft brush can be selected according to the ground condition; in the change of the master, the brush had better wear gloves, because the brush may be cut. After installation, please follow the relevant sections to check the pressure between the brush and the ground.

 

Side brush replacement

1. Adjust the brush height: under normal working conditions, the brush should be in the following (Figure 7) , position, too low will increase the brush friction with the ground, accelerate wear, brush bristles are worn can not be good contact with the ground, the cleaning effect is greatly reduced by adjusting the nut 4(Figure 8) to bring the edge brush down to its proper position.
