LEBON Teams Up with Korean Client and Pusan National University to Forge New Heights in Aluminum Plate Mirror Polishing Technology!

LEBON once again stands at the forefront of aluminum processing technology, partnering with a Korean client and Pusan National University's Mechanical Engineering Laboratory to pioneer a new chapter in aluminum plate polishing technology!

The collaboration between LEBON, the Korean client, and Pusan National University's Mechanical Engineering Laboratory aims to continuously challenge the technological limits of aluminum processing. In this collaboration, we jointly developed a polishing solution for aluminum plate mirror polishing, and combined it with LEBON's independently developed 8K mirror polishing machine to comprehensively test the latest research results.

A delegation from the Korean client traveled to LEBON, armed with carefully prepared abrasives, for a two-day trial. During the trial, we divided the aluminum plate polishing process into rough polishing, intermediate polishing, and fine polishing stages, finely adjusting the process by coordinating different grades of polishing solution and polishing discs to stabilize the mechanical polishing data of 3-series aluminum at a brightness level of 750.

The successful collaboration between LEBON's technical team, the Korean client, and Pusan National University's Mechanical Engineering Laboratory injects new vitality and impetus into the field of aluminum processing, and lays a solid foundation for LEBON's technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
