How much media needed for cells in different cell culture plates

Hi, I know that the amount of media loaded is depends on the number of cells plated in each well.
Can someone roughly estimate and tell me how much cells and media can be loaded in 6-well plate, 12-well plate, 24-well plate, 48-well plate and 96-well plate?

"Culture of animal cells " by R. Ian Freshney

page 131:

" The usual media volume to surface area is 0.2-0.5ml/cm2"

The upper limit is set by gaseous diffusion through the liquid layer and the optimum will depend upon the oxygen requirement of the cells. Also more confluent cultures require more media and changing more frequently.

i.e. A well in a 6-well dishe has a surface area of 9.6cm2. The minimum volume should be 1.92ml and the maximum 4.8ml.
